Damien Baddy
Damien Baddy is a professional photographer whose work has been published in the New York Daily News, the Afro-American newspaper in Washington DC, CNN Atlanta, the Jamaican Gleaner and multiple UWI Guild publications. He has also taken promotional photographs for reggae artistes Shaggy and Jah Cure as well as worked with popular music video director Jay Will.
In 2008 Baddy lent his expertise to the Superplus-sponsored summer programme, where he taught innercity youth basic principles of the camera and various photographic techniques. At CARIMAC, Baddy teaches photography to undergraduate students in the Multimedia specialisation.
He enjoys taking landscape, night and low light photographs and environmental portraits.
Baddy has a first degree in Psychology from Florida A & M and is pursuing a Masters in Curriculum Development at the UWI.
